Originally from Savannah, I moved to Atlanta to attend Souther Polytechnic State University, now a part of Kennesaw. I worked at the Chick-fil-A Cumberland Mall which was the only outlet in NW Atlanta in the late 80's/early 90's. Approaching graduation in 1994 I decided to follow God's calling to be a Chick-fil-A Operator and live out our corporate purpose.

I worked as a restaurant team member and eventually moved into a leadership role while I was pursuing a Management degree from Georgia Tech. During my time at Georgia Tech, I realized that becoming an Owner/Operator would give me a platform to positively influence the next generation, and that became my mission. I was selected as an Owner/Operator in 2007 and served for 18 years in a mall restaurant in Lithonia, GA. When my time as an Operator came to an end, I joined the team at Georgia Tech, where I am currently serving as Director of Operations.
